About D&D Industrial Consultants, Inc.

Steven Dranoff, Ph.D. and Wanda Dobrich, Ph.D. founded D&D Industrial Consultants, Inc. in 1996. We had worked together for many years prior to its inception in another firm and had consulted with corporations in the areas of executive coaching, employment testing, cultural analyses, merger and integration work and sexual harassment investigations, organizational recovery and training. What was most exciting about these diverse experiences was the way in which we actively forged a synergy between our two unique areas of sub-specialization within professional psychology.

Dr. Dranoff is a highly skilled and experienced psychologist and psychoanalyst who creatively transforms clinical knowledge gleaned in the treatment room into process consultation in the organization. Dr. Dobrich is a seasoned developmental psychologist who builds innovative models of individual and organizational change that form the structure into which the consulting process is fitted. The change model guides the consultation process and forms the basis for program evaluation to assess the efficacy of our interventions. Theory building derives from our assessment results, allowing us to continually re-define the consultation process to improve efforts to promote individual and organizational growth. We bring together 'the best' of what is known of clinical and scientific psychology. Challenging one another while also challenging traditional methods of practice, we have re-cast the 'tried and true' to solve human problems that were formally outside the domain of traditional psychology.

D&D's mission is to formalize applied methods and establish their place in professional psychology and to produce and publish our work in media and print format for use by other psychologists consulting to industry.
